Form: Indeciduous broadleaf sub-tall tree

Characteristic : Leaves are hung opposite of the stem and long oval-shaped, both tips are narrow and a little rolled backward. Leaves’s back have closely brown down. Bear fruits are oval-shaped and ripe into light purple in next year’s October. flowers bloom July to October and their color is yellow-white. Stems are brown and small branch are thick and have down. Height is about 7m. The home is the southern part of Korea and Japan.

Where you can see this species at Dongbaekdongsan : They are found as shrub occasionally,  inside of forest, near walk, entrance of  Dongbaekdongsan. Leaves are long oval-shaped and both tips are narrow. Leaves’ back has brown down.
