Japanese Ivy (Hedera rhombea Bean)송악

Form : Evergreen broad-leaved tendril plant.

 

 

Characteristic : Leaves are alternate, thick, like leather and shiny dark green color. leave’s shape likes triangle. Fruit is drupe, 8~10mm diameter, ripen in April to May to black. Flower is bisexual and a number of flower, which in end of top of flower stalk makes umbrella like inflorescence. Some kind of its root is shallow rooted which is radicated near surface of the earth. It’s origin is Korea, and dedicated in Japan, Taiwan and China.
